Excellent Phone, Works Like New!
I recently purchased the Apple iPhone 13 Pro, 256GB in Graphite, and I couldn’t be happier! Even though it’s a renewed model, it arrived in pristine condition and functions flawlessly. The phone is super fast, the camera quality is outstanding, and the battery life easily lasts all day. Being unlocked makes it convenient to use with any carrier. Overall, this iPhone feels just like new, and the value for a renewed device is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Feels like I bought a brand new iPhone for next to nothing!! Phone looks and runs like brand new
You know how people talk about life hacks? Well, I finally had my first life hack. I have been using an iPhone XR since 2019, and it was time to get a new iPhone. I use Mint Mobile so I needed an unlocked phone, so that is what I searched for. I had never heard of Amazon Renewed, but as I searched for unlocked phones, Amazon Renewed products popped up.Lo and behold, I found a great deal on a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro for like $400. After doing some research and seeing that the Amazon Renewed products come with an excellent return policy (90 days for the item i ordered), I decided to take the plunge and buy the unlocked refurbished iPhone 13 Pro phone.I AM SO GLAD I DID. The seller shipped the phone THE SAME DAY I BOUGHT IT, so it arrived the very next day. The phone was packaged in a thick bubble wrap shipping envelope in a box. The phone came with a charger. I had also ordered an otter box case and screen protectors, but when I unpackaged my phone, I saw that they had already put a screen protector on the phone, probably to keep the screen from being scratched/damaged during shipping. So that was an added bonus.Here is where the life hack part comes in: the phone looks and runs as if it is brand new!!!!! Taking the phone out of the packaging was so exciting. the phone was shiny and in pristine condition. I charged it and turned it on and began the process of transferring my phone over, and it was a breeze. After using the iPhone XR for so long, which was slow and glitchy, I LOVE the speed and screen quality of the iPhone 13. AND THE THINGS THAT THE CAMERAS CAN DO ARE AMAZING.It feels like I just bought a spanking brand new iPhone for $400. I feel like I got away with something. So, yes, I am very happy.

Don’t Buy
Even though this cost more than I originally paid for my first iPhone 13 Pro brand new in 2022, my carrier no longer sells them and I wanted to stick with the same phone so I decided to purchase this one. Never again.It looks decent, came with minimal scratches, although for the price it should’ve came with none. That was the only good thing.First the phone came with someone else’s information and apple account on there and NO ONE, not the seller or whomever was speaking for the seller could help me remove it. The seller even said that I didn’t buy it from them, like wtf?! I ended up watching a youtube video to remove their account and get the phone to the setup “hello” screen, which was a headache. Then of course the battery health is already at a low percentage, anything less than 70 you need to get a new phone or new battery, mine was 64 so I went to the Apple store to get a new battery smh. My charging port came broken on my phone so I had to buy a wireless charger since that is the only way it can charge. So already dishing out money for this phone to buy things that I shouldn’t have to. My phone also lags a lot, as if it has run out of space on the phone, and there is really nothing on here.I’m so disappointed that I purchased this phone from these people. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER do that again. Waste of money, I will just buy the newer one next time with my upgrade through my carrier, which again would’ve been cheaper than this. I just really like the IPhone 13 pro.

I recently received the phone and was very impressed by the excellent condition it arrived in. The screen is completely free of scratches, and the body shows no signs of wear or damage. It looks and feels just like a brand-new device. Every feature works flawlessly, including the battery, camera, and overall performance. The phone was carefully packaged and came fully reset, ready to use right away. I’m very pleased with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality phone in near-perfect condition.

I purchased this phone in late April, and so far it has been nothing but reliable and working. An amazing deal, and even though it is refurbished and has a little lower battery health than a brand new phone, it shines with how well it works, looks and suits my needs. Much better to get a refurbished phone from Amazon for less than to break bank getting a new phone from the Apple Store every year.

I was prepared for a refurbished product, but this one actually came without any visible wear and tear. Plus, the battery is at 100%! I am absolutely pleasantly surprised. That said, I understand this is a bit of RNG depending on the inventory – I got very lucky.
