This was given to my teenager for his birthday. The condition of the phone was flawless. The body nor screen had any scratches or blemishes. It has been a year later and there are no issues with the phone. Definitely a good purchase.

Its perfect, except for the screen.
The phone is in great condition, barely a scratch on the back and the buttons are clean and work well. It’s perfect, except for a large crack on the front of the screen. I haven’t signed in or anything because I am working to return it, but from what I can tell, the phone works fine. I am currently working with customer support to try to fix it. Looking at the screen, I think the screen is not from apple, and is some other company as it seems to be shoved on the front and not made properly.

Had only a minor scratch on the side of the case. It is covered when I place my own protective case on it. The battery is at 85%. For the price, I am very happy with it.

Battery health less than expected
Phone had minor scratches but Looks and performs well. I expected the battery health to be more than 83% for a phone classified as excellent so that is why I’m giving only 4 stars.

My husbands phone completly crashed and having read that this was the best place to find him a replacement we chose to purchase. The phone came within a few days. It’s only been a week he’s been using it but so far, so good!
