Was nervous, but mint condition and highly recommend!
So far so good, I was nervous buying online, but switching from an Iphone XR that was basically at minimal function, this seems like a huge jump. Better camera quality, faster, better charge. It truly came in mint condition, if there are scratches, I haven’t seen much and they’re tough to find.Keep in mind (I didn’t realize this) – you need a DIGITAL SIM!! My old sim card wasn’t able to be used in this iphone as there isn’t a spot on the phone to actually insert it – I had to call my mobile company (mint mobile which I highly recommend btw) and have them provide an E-SIM.The touch screen options were also odd when I first got them – I had to press hard on each individual icon and letter on my keyboard for them to work, thinking the phone wasn’t right but it was just a setting. I bought a case and will buy a screen protector as well. I’ve had the phone about one week and am super pleased with it thus far!

What’s the most important to know?
I ordered the iPhone 14 Pro and it arrived in perfect condition. The battery health is at 94%, which is excellent for a renewed phone. There are no scratches, cracks, or any signs of wear the touch screen is perfect, it honestly looks like brand new.The performance is great, the camera works perfectly, Face ID is fast, and the display looks amazing with no issues at all. The packaging was also clean and well-protected. I’m very happy with my purchase, it’s clear that the phone was carefully inspected before shipping.I definitely recommend this renewed iPhone totally worth the money! 👌📱

Phones sold by Tech Exchangee have modifications which Apple refuse to repair.
On April I ordered this phone from Tech Exchangee.It came with battery level of 83 and camera that made blurry pictures. I had to switch between different picture models back and forth to make a good photo.Over a period of 5 months, the battery degraded to the point when it had to be replaced. The camera malfunctioned and didn’t make any good pictures. Apple did diagnostics and told me that both had to be replaced for $360. when I came to pickup the phone from service they told me the phone had illegal 3rd party modifications and they refused to do any repairs.At that point i could only throw this $600 phone away since even Apple refused to repair that garbage that is sold by this vendor.Thankfully Amazon support was great and they allowed me to order a replacement phone and then to return a failed one back, but even then i received a message from Tech Exchangee that a return was after 90 days and they will not process a refund, so i had to contact Amazon support again who arranged a return manually without communicating with this vendor.My advice – only buy from Amazon Refurbished Premium. The new phone i got was made 1 year ago, had 100% battery life, no scratches and looked like new.

Phone came in amazing condition. Slight scratch on one of the cameras but does not affect camera quality at all. Works fast. Screen is flawless and came with screen protector. Battery health is at 86% which is better than my current 76%. No damage to the body and looks like new. Would recommend.

Arrived safely in its own box. You’d have to look hard to see any ware. Data migration phone to phone went without a hitch. Fully satisfied.

Disappointed for excellent condition
I order in excellent condition, but I am disappointed. The screen has a scratches, battery health on 87% wish it was in better condition due to ordering excellent condition. But other wise phone runs smoothly.

I updated from an old Samsung and I’m very happy about it. It came in a different box than the original packaging and it came with a charging cable, one side the lightning port and the other side a usb-c port. There was no scratches and the phone looks in perfect condition; I checked the battery health and it was 100%, so that’s wonderful. For the price, it’s really worth it. I have seen no problems from the phone and the battery life is amazing.

Would not classify iPhone as in excellent condition as all body sides and camera lens were scratched up. Possibly no case was installed. Operations of iPhone appears ok with no noticeable lags for almost 3 year release. Battery level at 87%. Decided to return iPhone as can’t tell visibly if screen was replaced due to previous drops and concerned with longevity.

Phone works fine, but I would not call the condition excellent. It does NOT look like new. It was very clearly used by someone without a case for a while as the outside edges are all scuffed up. Not a huge deal as I always have a case on it. The bigger issue is the battery capacity is it 85% and I wouldn’t have bought it if that had been made clear.All in all, the phone works but I feel a bit decieved.
