Good Value and Performance for a Home Computer
Reconditioning was excellent. This product was delivered in excellent condition with Windows 11 operating system installed. I replaced a tower with this smaller from factor and aside from the extra bays for additional hard drives I do not miss the old, larger computer.Performance of the computer is great for home. Has built in Bluetooth and WiFi. Keyboard and mouse of are of average quality. Used my previous and keyboard. Starts up quickly and has brisk performance for common tasks. All and all a great little home computer. Have had it now for one month without any problems. The reconditioner has its own tech support hot line (which I have not used) which should help if there are problems.

I Love My Dell Optiplex 3060 Desktop Computer
This refurbished Dell Optiplex 3060 Desktop computer was easy to set up and transfer files. It was an upgrade from my old 12-year desktop, definitely quieter and faster. I am able to access many of my previous programs and get down to work. I love it. And the smaller computer has more USB ports and allowed me to get rid of a lot of clutter on and around my desk.

Basic functional computer that works.
Everything worked great out of the box. Even appreciate the keyboard and mouse that came with it. Plenty of ram, storage, and speed for what I need it for. Not going to be a gaming computer as the video card is only 4 mb. But video card was enough to run two monitors. Way cheaper than store bought one. And I was amazed how quiet it was, that I had to see if it had a fan.

Solid computer for pricing. I was on the edge about purchasing refurbished but I am highly satisfied with the OptiPlex desktop. Fast speeds, great size for updating hardware. Clean and like new condition. Low to no noise at all. Very easy to use and very simple to set up and update. Not sure about wifi as I am using a hardwired connection. I would buy again. Super fast & quite
Ordered on Saturday and received on Monday. I was using my 10″ tablet all weekend after my refurbished Dell Optiplex 990 took a dive after 4 &1/2 years. I have to say getting use to Windows 11 is easier than I thought. This PC starts up almost immediately and is so darn quite I had to look to make sure it was on. The only thing that bothered me was all the icons on my home screen taskbar were half the size and impossible to make out without using my mouse to hover over them to see what they were, and all the icons on the left side were almost all the way to the left. I finally messed around and fixed that problem. It will take me a while to figure everything out but I am looking forward to it using this Dell PC and my 32″ Samsung curved monitor. Even the online movies look sharper. Why buy new when you can save loads of money on these. I also bought the extra warranty just in case.

Very Satisfied
I’m very satisfied with this computer. I wasn’t sure of some of the details, and I don’t know much about computers, so I chose what I think was the most powerful option on each feature, because I don’t want to have to deal with another new computer for a really long time (hopefully never). And yet the price seemed very good. I was forced into changing to Windows 11by Microsoft’s announcement on not supporting Windows 10 on my old computer. It’s been a few weeks and so far, so good. It was easy to set up and looks almost like new. And mine came with a VGA port, which I didn’t expect from the online description/pic, so I didn’t even need an adapter to use with my old monitor. The speed seems great; my old computer was like driving an old garbage truck and this new one is like driving a Porsche.

Great desktop with the features I needed at a minimum.
This computer had the features I needed to step up from Windows 10. The i5-8500 CPU is 8th generation but without TPM 2.0 that MS recommends, not an issue for me. The DVD player works fine. The case is in as new condition. I chose to purchase this unit from STG based on their good reviews. Set up was easy just follow the instructions and chose your options. The packaging was good to prevent damage. Takes a while to get a feel for Windows 11.

This computer works really well, it even has a self diagnostic program. The only thing I think it should have come with or at least mentioned as required is your old monitor cable won’t work, you need display adapter cable, most monitors have a display adapter input. Electronic stores sell them for around $30 Canadian. I really wish they would have mentioned you may need that so you could have ordered it at the same time.
