Translator Malfunctioned
It worked great when testing it several times before my international trip. After arriving at my international location, the first day it worked fine. The next day it malfunctioned. I tried to locate resolutions to the problem, but none addressed my issue. When I turned the device on, it paused after displaying the AI Translator logo and wouldn’t load anything additional. No functions worked. The device was fully charged prior to the malfunction. I turned the device off, and it turned itself back on, and again it paused at the AI Translator logo. It would not stay off each subsequent time I tried to turn it off. It would only turn off and stay off after the battery was fully drained. I fully charged it again and tried turning it back on the next day. Again, once it turned on, it paused after displaying the AI Translator logo. Each time I tried to turn it off, it would turn itself back on and pause again after displaying the AI Translator logo. It only stayed off after the battery completely drained. Since the device is only 6 months old, I am hoping that the company will provide a replacement or provide a solution for getting the device reset and functioning properly. I charged it for only and hour today and now it will not turn on at all. I will charge it for several more hours to see if it will turn on with different results.

bad product overall
Tested this device for 2 days for various functions in a quiet room and almost no outside noise. I regret this buy as it does not do what it claims to.1. Even after changing to US English language the some of the menus/responses appear in Chinese.2. Speech to text transcription does not work and transcription captured incorrect and irrelevant text.3. micro SD card does not work I tried different sizes 1gb, 64 gb, and 128 gb. Storage shows only internal storage.4. Bluetooth does not work and did not connect to a cell phone as well as a PC, so unsure how you could download the txt file generated (although it has garbage in it)5. I felt like that battery runs out fast than I would have expected.6. RUFUS responses are also unreliable and can not be trusted.all in all a bad product. I spoke with online customer support person, he was kind, and read out what was in the user manual but none of that helped.
