I very good phone for the price not cheap fealing in anyway
Honestly I did not have the highest hopes for this phone I was so sick of big expensive phones I tried unihertz phones for a while this phone is so far more reliable and more robust I have dropped it a few good times I’ve fully submerged it in water numerous times it keeps going strong it last three days of moderate Spotify use and two with heavy use i really love the phone and will buy another from the company in the future

The phone was purchased for my 12 year old son. He is special needs, autistic and also nonverbal. After purchasing phone after phone for him that broke rather easily from frequent drops, I found the ad for the Ufone Armor X32 unbreakable phone here on Amazon. . It was a bit outside of my financial budget, but the durability of the phone more than made up for the extra cost. My son only had the phone for about a month before he managed to break it, but in that time the phone survived many drops that other phones could not survive. I was very impressed with it. The drop that did manage to break it was a drop that had the phone land on a very hard object with a very strong corner. Had it not landed the way it did, the phone would have survived that fall as well and I believe many more future falls would have been break free as well. I contacted Asurion insurance, but I did not know the IMEI number and could not get into the phone to get it so the insurance company could not start a claim for the phone. I reached out to the seller, Daniel for help, he went out of his way to try to assist me—even providing me with an IMEI number from another phone. Although the insurance company could not accept it, his effort to help did not stop.What truly amazed me was what he did next. Even though he had absolutely no obligation to do so, he offered to replace the broken phone. Not only did he send me a replacement phone, but he also included a protective case free of charge to help prevent future accidents.This level of generosity, honesty, and customer care is rare, and it means a great deal to me. He turned what could have been a very stressful and costly situation into a positive experience that I will never forget. Best bang for your buck
This is a great product from an equally great company. The price is acceptable

Je cherchais un téléphone robuste, et qui ne me lâcherait pas en plein milieu de mes journées de boulot, et franchement, ce Ulefone répond à mes attentes. Étant donné mon environnement de travail souvent compliqué pour un téléphone, il me fallait un smartphone que je n’ai pas peur d’amener partout et de manipuler en toutes circonstances, notamment en extérieur. Il est certifié IP68 et IP69K, deux normes qui me rassurent quant au fonctionnement du téléphone en milieu difficile.Il est réactif, la batterie tient bien, je peux gérer mes mails, appels, applis pro sans problème. Je ne me prends pas la tête avec des bugs ou des ralentissements, il est simple et efficace. Je n’ai pas testé la partie “Gaming” car ce n’est pas ce que je recherche. En revanche, la partie multimédia est satisfaisante, notamment pour les appels et visioconférences grâce à son haut-parleurs puissant.Le seul vrai point faible selon moi, c’est l’appareil photo. Les clichés sont passables. Ça dépanne, mais ce n’est pas un téléphone pour faire de belles photos. Ce n’est pas pénalisant pour moi mais c’est à savoir si votre choix se porte sur ce modèle. On ne peut pas non plus tout avoir à ce prix.En dehors de ça, rien à redire. Rapport qualité/prix au top, et surtout la tranquillité de ne pas flipper à chaque chute ou à chaque intempérie.

Benvenuta l’estate, sole, mare, sabbia, cercavo smartphone da utilizzare senza troppi pensieri che si possa rompere. Al momento questo telefono è’ stato una bellissima sorpresa. Robusto, l’ho fatto cadere qualche volta e non si è fatto nulla, purtroppo con i figli e’ una costante, materiale piacevole a tatto e da senso di robustezza. La batteria da 5 500 mAh dura  l’intera giornata con uso moderato. Fotocamere fanno il lavoro lavoro, la principale da 64 MP scatta bene, anche se non sono un esperto di foto. E anche quella frontale da 25 MP è utile per videochiamate. 256 GB di memoria interna. Ci sta davvero tutto: app, foto, video. 5G che funziona, la connessione è veloce, ideale per navigare o guardare video senza attese. In più ha lo slot per doppia SIM più una SD.  La sua solidità e il fatto che non devo stare attento come con altri telefoni costosi. È un amico affidabile per chi, come me, usa il telefono senza pretese, ma vuole qualcosa che duri davvero.
