Nice tactile feel, very quiet
I’m a tactile switch guy (hate linears!) and I’ve been using these for a month and I really enjoy the medium tactile bump. Maybe it isn’t absolute perfection but it is very satisfying to me. The bump is more of a D shape. I previously tried out the Durock T1 Silent Shrimp switches which are pretty similar but that switch had a P shaped bump (high up) and needed a bit more force, I strongly prefer the Penguin’s tactile bump and weight. Of course everyone has their own preferences and this is mine. Also these are very, very quiet. Even compared to the Shrimps they are more quiet. They come in high quality packaging. I highly recommend.

Good quality, and sound.
Used these to replace the default Gateron Brown Jupiter switches in my Keychron V6 max. It took 3 boxes to replace all switches on the full sized keyboard but they feel great once installed. It’s always tricky finding a switch online, especially when sound can be very objective but I’m happy with my choice.

Just what I needed!
These key switches are great. The noise level is perfect! They still have some tactile feedback, but are much quieter than the switches I had installed. There is still some noise level, but it is on par with a regular keyboard in my opinion. The switches are easy to install and work perfectly. I have not noticed any issues with key input since installing them. They also come packaged in plastic containers that can be reused for storage, which was both unexpected and appreciated!Tl;dr Worth the money, buy them.

100% worth it!!!!!!
100% worth it over cherry mx reds that came in my ducky one 3 tkl. I also did the band aid mod to my stabs since I forgot to buy some lube “cough” “cough” to make it less noisy. Band aid mod is easy and made it no rattle. With the mod and these switches, my ducky one 3 tkl sounds SOOOOO MUCH BETTER! Made it sound creamy and not scratchy like the old cherry mx reds. Highly recommended these switches. Bought these from top keyboard/switch YouTube reviewers choice of switches for pre lube as well.

LED will display as Pink and a second set will need to be bought if you have a 60% or more keyboard.
these switches are significantly quieter than my pervious switches. very creamy sounding and feeling as well. Do keep in mind the framing of your keyboard as well as what your typing on which can partially affect how your keys can sound. Overall for the price is it pretty good. This set has enough switches for your alphanumeric keys so an additional set will need to be purchased if your keyboard is 60% and above. seems to be meant for 40%. Another thing to keep in mind is that if you plan to use LED features on your keyboard that it will appear pink.

Perfect and Works as Advertised
Just put these switches on my keyboard and they feel like a dream. They are pretty much completely silent and they still feel tactile and responsive enough to game with them.I have a particular taste when it comes to keyboard sounds and this hit the mark perfectly on my gasket mounted keyboard.I ordered another set to finish my entire keyboard.

Akko rosewood switches, absolutely amazing!
I’ve tested a lot of switches over the years I have been in this hobby, from budget linears to high-end customs, and the Akko Rosewood switches completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I unboxed them, it was clear that Akko put real attention into both the design and performance of these switches. The rosewood-inspired colorway is beautiful in person—a deep, elegant reddish-brown that adds a touch of warmth and sophistication to any keyboard build. But these aren’t just about aesthetics. The smoothness right out of the box genuinely impressed me; there’s no scratchiness, no metallic ping, and the travel feels clean and consistent.Typing on them is silky and balanced, with a gentle, cushioned bottom-out that still offers enough feedback for precision. The sound profile leans toward a deeper “thock” with a subtle clack—rich and satisfying without being too loud. When paired with the right case and keycaps, they deliver a polished, premium typing experience. Each switch feels consistent across the board, with tight housings and even factory lubrication. There’s no noticeable stem wobble, and they install firmly into hot-swap sockets. Akko’s quality control continues to impress at this price point.Overall, the Akko Rosewood switches are an exceptional value. They look high-end, feel incredibly smooth, and sound fantastic. Whether you’re building your first custom or upgrading from stock switches, these are an easy recommendation.Bottom line: Excellent craftsmanship, smooth performance, and a refined sound profile. One of Akko’s best linear releases yet.

Love them!
After hand lubing these, they are my absolute favorite. I’ve used them for about a year now with absolutely zero issues. Great sound and nice smooth feel.

I have installed to the main raw of the keyboard, it is realy silent and you can feel the force get the feedback. For me I was expecting a higher force but this also works.BTW, I like the package.

The switches arrived on time and performed as advertised. Extremely creamy and mute for a fraction of the price of other switches that give you a similar sound. The switches are easy to press, almost too much so, but they feel creamy to press which is a weird sensation I havent had before. Dont expect a marbly pop, theyre very muted switches that give a gentle thock.I wish they offered them in other amounts aside from the akward 45pcs.
