Fantastic out of the Box! Even better with some mods
Wow, these days, Amazon pre built keyboards can seriously rival $300 custom built keyboards. The sound is very satisfying. Even and especially the stabilized keys. The space and backspace were particularly 👌All that being said, I later put some thicker keycaps on it which made it even thockier with the included Leobog switches. I then did a tape mod with electrical tape and it sounds fantastic. It can be a little bit of a pain to take the top off from the base, but once it is, you have quite a few options. Just don’t tape over the caps lock light if you do what I did… It’s easy to skim over.There’s a little bit of flex, to be expected from a plastic board, but only if youre really trying to test the flex and it is a hefty keyboard which some people may not like, but I think it makes a board feel so much better. As I said, when I opened it up, I was pleasantly surprised with the silicone like feeling which contributes to the heft and solid feel and also the sound I’m sure.This has all the markers of a quality board and with the mods I did, can confirm it is very customizable, not even to mention the light modes. The LED’s are a bit dim if you care about that but it’s most likely because of the switches not being the most LED friendly. Easy to fix while maintaining the sound profile with some other high quality, pre lubed, linear switches.Definitely recommend if you’re in the market for a mech keyboard with a keypad!!

This is my first time around with a mechanical keyboard.That being said, I can’t comment on how this keyboard rates against other similar or more “top of the line” models.What I can say is that the feel of typing on this keyboard is so lush, I just want to type nonsense, or home economics typing practice mantras or my lifelong manifesto.The key sound is bright, clicky, but in a throaty kind of way – again, I have nothing to compare this to other than the non-mechanical keyboards I’ve been using for ages. This tool has the feel of an in-between non-mechanical keyboard and an old school typewriter.The keyboard came with a quick start guide with some easy to remember shortcuts to change the keyboard lighting scenarios – super cute – I AM OBSESSED with that.At first blush, I think that any charging or firmware updates require this baby to be wired to ones computing machine. Right now, I’ve been using her wirelessly and flawless, just flawless experience.One thing of note to older typists – the board is much smaller (as in reduced length) than what you may be used to, I am still getting used to having my hands a bit closer together when typing, but soon I will be back to typing uncorrected.I have this baby and my Logitech mouse connected via Bluetooth – this seems to be the way to go to prevent conflicts between wireless devices – what appears to be behind the weird typing errors so many note here and for similar devices.

Ideal creamy keyboard
I’d been wanting to invest in a creamy keyboard for months and I was taking into account the versions friends of mine had and also looking up reviews on YT, mainly to hear how the keyboards actually sounded which was pretty helpful. I narrowed my search down to 2 brands (buying both so I could test them out) and ultimately loved the AULA F99. It felt comfortable to use and it was important to me to still have a number pad because of my line of work. The weight of the entire keyboard is very sturdy (it’s surprisingly heavy) so it’s not shifting around anywhere. And the sound is of course so aesthetically pleasing– it just feels so good to hear. And the color is stunning too (I went with purple.)

This is the best keyboard I’ve owned!
For transparency, I’ve only been using this for about a week now, and I will update if things change, but I’m very impressed with this keyboard so far. I purchased this board to replace my last keyboard (the RT100 from another brand) which I was very much let down by, poured money into trying to salvage after less than a year, and ultimately gave up on last month. I did some research to make sure this keyboard wouldn’t have the same problems, but I was worried I would be losing a little bit of luxury since this was a little cheaper and it didn’t have a volume knob. Let me break down what I love so far:1. The weight of this keyboard literally blew me away. I was really expecting it to feel light and cheap (for some reason), but it is HEAVY, so this thing will not move around on you unless you pick it up and move it. It feels expensive despite it being at a lower price point for a quality keyboard.2. The sound of the keyboard is to die for. When I first opened it, I opened up a document just to type random letters because I was obsessed. I actually went back to some of the documents I had open that night I was testing and found that my husband had also typed a bunch of random notes to me throughout my work because he said he also loved the sound hahaha3. The setup was very easy, seriously took me like 2 minutes.4. I thought I would miss the volume knob on this thing, but I’ve actually purchased a macro-pad with a knob (I won’t talk about that much since it’s not about this product, but HIGHLY recommend for anyone who uses a lot of keyboard shortcuts) that I use alongside this keyboard. I figured that since that was the ONE reason I was leaning away from this product, it was worth working around, and I’m really glad I made that decision!As someone who seriously spends at LEAST 14 hours a day using this keyboard, it is absolutely worth it.

I have had this keyboard for a month now, and wow! It is by far the best keyboard in my collection. I love a nice creamy typing experience, and this more than delivers. I had been searching for a full keyboard that was versatile and easy to use. I bring it back and forth from work, and with my wedding planning, I’ve put it through it recently. There are 2 different heights that you can set the keyboard to for wrist support, and thanks to the larger keys, I can have a full set of nails and have 0 issues typing.My only complaint is that the light that indicates the battery is always red, even when fully charged. I’m not too sure why this happens, but it doesn’t bother me.Great brand. Great quality. Beautiful design.
