Great Mini Camera
I have used a dash cam before but looked for another one for a different car. I am not a fan of most of the larger ones on the market and prefer a small one on my windshield. This one is perfect for it’s “mini” size, but it is not mini in its options and picture quality. First one that I have had too that syncs to it’s phone app so I can view all my footage on the larger phone screen when I want. If you’re looking for a smaller dash cam that does what all the larger ones do, you’ll be happy with this unit … and the customer service, if needed, is good also. Suggestion to Avylet ~ not all newer autos have a cigarette lighter plug and you would be wise to offer a USB plug instead.

Very good dash cam for the money.
Very good dash camera for the money. It was literally plug and play from the box. Put my memory card in, plugged it up and hit record. We plug it in and out everytime we go somewhere as it will continue to record if your cars cig lighter is functional without the car having 5o be on.Mounting it was easy and its been stuck on our windshield since. Records very well at night, even though the video isn’t as crisp as it could be, its still will get the job done if the unforseen should happen.

I gave this four stars because it’s good but it’s not the best I mean what do you expect for this price? You will not be able to see license plates that’s for sure but you will be able to see who was being stupid during an accident. The video attached was when I was driving through Wyoming mile marker 90 going through the tunnels to give you an idea of the quality of this camera. I had a 64 GB SD card and it will record approximately 9 hours worth of video continuous.

Update: Was 3 stars then I changed it to 5 stars. The company reached out to me and sent me a new camera. I did try a few other dash cams (around the same price) and the quality of the video footage in this camera is unbeatable.Overall it’s a good dash cam. I like the app features and the quality is really good. I took away 2 stars because the screen will show the camera for 30 seconds then flash white and end up bright white while the car is on. During the day it isn’t bad but at night it can be too bright. I made sure it still records and the quality is good but the bright white light really takes away from the quality of the camera.

Es muy simple de usar, la enchufas y ya empieza a grabar a los 2 segundos automáticamente lo cual es muy cómodo. La calidad es más que decente, más que suficiente para su propósito.Lo puse con una powerbank para evitar que se corte cuando paro el auto y de esa manera tengo un poco más de control de cuando deja y empieza a grabar. Tiene varias funciones de configuración, nada del otro mundo, lo justo y necesario para evitar que uno se maree. Para el precio está muy bien.

This dash cam works perfectly! My only complaint would be that the plug doesn’t allow you to charge other things at the same time, which can be mildly inconvenient, but I’ve gotten around this issue by carrying a solar powered charging bank on my dashboard for times when I need to charge my phone.

Good enough if you want a budget dash cam.
Update: 5 stars for customer service and 3 star for product. Customer service reach out to listen to my problem I have with the unit. They did not ask for me to change the rating on Amazon so I find that pleasing and upgrade the overall experience to 4 stars.After using it for a couple days I would say the dash cam is decent but not great. There are a few flaws and drawback for this dashcam first being it is not pressed against the front windshield so there is a glare/reflection especially at the lower part of the video. Secondly the video quality is pretty good during the day when the vehicle is in complete stop and really close to you to catch the licenses plate but if it is more than 10-15+ feet away it starts to have a hard time clearly catching the licenses plate, I can’t say how well it do for night time since I haven’t drove and use it at night yet. My third and biggest issues so far with this product is the power adapter. Instead of making it a usb power wire it used a 12v power adapter that takes the whole socket. I normally use a adapter that have 2 usb port so I can charge my phone too while powering on the dash cam but this device power adapter made this impossible. Have no idea how well this product will last for the summer heat since we haven’t reach the hottest time of the year yet.

I video sono veramente buoni, di qualità, e la telecamera è stabile. Salva rapidamente sulla scheda di memoria. L’angolo di apertura della visuale è ottimo. Immagini chiare. È anche facile e intuitivo risalire ai video per osservarli collegandosi alla videocamera con il wifi.Io salvo con step di tre minuti e mi oriento molto bene nella ricerca.La collocazione che ho trovato sull’auto e che si vede nella foto è molto comoda per la mia situazione e la telecamera ci sta a pennello.Le aziende automobilistiche dovrebbero, a mio parere, prevedere punti alimentazione nelle cappelliere delle auto e nella pannellature interne, davanti e sul retro, per facilitare la collocazione di questi apparati.Questa videocamera è molto versatile nelle possibilità di collocazione, sia per le dimensioni ridotte, sia per il peso veramente contenuto.Una medaglia d’oro la devo dare all’assistenza post vendita: super gentili, rapidissimi nella risposta e nella risoluzione della richiesta da me inviata. Easy to set up & install. App will only work when dash cam is switched on whilst car is running you can view everything via the app & the memory card (not included) I brought a memory card separately. The dash is small doesn’t interfere with vision. Would definitely recommend. Bargain price for a good kit

La dashcam che cercavo doveva avere una risoluzione di almeno 2k, il Wi-Fi, essere sufficientemente discreta da non dare troppo nell’occhio, dotata di un super condensatore e non di batteria al litio (che, viste le temperature interne dell’auto anche da ferma, avrebbe vita breve), dell’opzione GPS per la localizzazione, ed infine… adeguarsi al mio budget. La scelta (ristretta) è caduta inevitabilmente su questa A1 della Avylet, per l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo ed anche per via delle ottime recensioni reperite in rete. La dashcam è arrivata molto rapidamente, e la dotazione di accessori è eccellente, anche se la microsd (preferibilmente in classe 10) va acquistata a parte. Un piccolo appunto per lo spinotto accendisigari, che non essendo dotato di presa passante (thru) costringe all’uso di uno sdoppiatore per eventuali caricabatterie telefonici, io sono ricorso ad un cavo usb-c da 3m da collegare ad un charger accendisigari con due uscite. Il basso ingombro della dashcam ne consente un’installazione non in vista, dietro il retrovisore interno, dunque senza pregiudicare la visuale del guidatore e senza dare molto nell’occhio all’esterno. Il modulo GPS mi sta arrivando, è davvero minuscolo, e si connette con un jack coassiale sullo stesso,lato destro della porta usb-c. Interessante la pellicola antistatica da posare nella zona di collocazione, in quanto assicura un’ottima tenuta del biadesivo. L’app è minimalista ma efficiente, e richiede registrazione; a differenza di altri oggetti analoghi, i comandi locali si riducono a soli quattro tasti multifunzione, piccoli e con un buon feedback, ma la presenza del Wi-Fi consente di eseguire tutte le operazioni principali da smartphone, compresa visualizzazione e salvataggio dei filmati. Non dovendola installare sulla mia vettura (è un regalo, mi riservo un aggiornamento a breve) al momento le mie valutazioni non comprendono la “prova su strada”, ma eseguendo dei test in casa in varie condizioni di luce le immagini si sono rivelate molto soddisfacenti, la cam non è troppo “plasticosa” e nonostante il costo abbordabile dà una certa sensazione di professionalità. Per evitare di intervenire sull’impianto elettrico dell’auto o prelevare la tensione dalla presa diagnosi ODB-II ho deciso di rinunciare alla modalità parcheggio, ma penso di collegare la dashcam ad un piccolo data-bank, in carica a quadro acceso da presa accendisigari: visto il consumo irrisorio, la cam continuerebbe a funzionare in modalità standard ancora per molte ore, anche a vettura ferma. In tal senso, un consiglio: tenete spento il display (peraltro con un’ottima risoluzione e molto luminoso) durante la marcia, sia perché la cam riscalda leggermente, sia perché verosimilmente non sarà visibile dietro il retrovisore, sia perché l’attenzione va concentrata sulla strada. Aggiornerò questa recensione una volta eseguita un’installazione stabile in auto, ma al momento assegno 5 stelle, che sono certo confermerò una volta testata alla guida. Si tratta davvero di un bell’oggetto e le premesse ci sono tutte. Peccato solo che il giorno dopo l’acquisto il prezzo sia sceso di oltre 10 euro…
