Great value drone!
This is a great value product. I ordered one and it worked just fine, until my daughter guided it into somewhere I do not know what it was, which caused it not to fly anymore; however, the great customer service sent me a new one as soon as I reported the issue.Battery life is around 5 minutes, but it has two batteries so you can use the replacement one is gone.Noise level is lower than you think. If you fly it outside, the noise level is almost nothing. You will hear a drone flying, but the noise level is very low.Remote is connected to it through WiFi, so the range is a WiFi range which is around 50 to 100 feet.Note that the batteries are charged only using the original USB-A to USB-C cable that comes with the drone. I tried several other cables, but none of them charged them. The red light on the battery shows if it is being charged or not.

Surprisingly Capable for the Price!
I’ve had my eye on a drone for a while, something fun to mess around with but not break the bank. After some research, I decided on this Oddire model, and I’m genuinely impressed with what you get for the money.First off, setup was a breeze. Seriously, it took me longer to unbox it than it did to get it connected. The “ODDIRE GO” app is straightforward, and pairing the drone to my phone’s Wi-Fi was seamless. No fiddling with SD cards is a huge plus – everything saves directly to your phone, which is super convenient for quick sharing.Flying this thing is pretty intuitive. As a relative beginner, I really appreciate the one-key takeoff/landing and the stable hover thanks to the optical flow positioning. After a quick calibration (which is just placing it on flat ground and moving the joysticks), it really does just hold its altitude well. I tried out the 3-speeds mode, and while I’m mostly sticking to the slower settings for now, it’s clear it can zip around when you want it to. The 3D flip is a fun party trick, though I’m still perfecting my timing on thatone!The 1080P HD camera is better than I expected. It’s not pro-grade, but for capturing casual shots and videos from a new perspective, it’s more than sufficient. Being able to adjust the camera angle remotely up to 90 degrees is fantastic for getting just the right shot without having to land and reposition. I’ve already got some cool bird’s-eye views of my backyard.Battery life is solid. With two batteries, I’m easily getting the advertised 25-28 minutes of flight time. That’s enough to really get a feel for flying and experiment with different functions without constantly worrying about charging. The safety features like over-current protection and emergency stop are also reassuring, especially when you’re still getting the hang ofthings.My only minor critique, and it’s really minor, is that some of the “multiple functions” like trajectory flight and gravity control do take a bit of practice to get precise, but that’s more about my skill level than the drone itself.Overall, if you’re looking for a user-friendly, fun, and capable drone without spending a fortune, this Oddire model is a fantastic choice. It’s truly a great option for beginners and offers enough features to keep even more experienced fliers entertained. Highly recommend!

Good drone, horrible app
Nice drone for the price. It takes a little time to get comfortable controlling it. The little propeller protectors and a pain to put on and take off. It says it has a camera. You do need to install a separate app in order to use the camera functionality. I can’t get it to connect. So that sounds like a crappy app. Batteries last a fair amount of time. The controller stretches to accommodate your phone. I really wish I could have gotten it to connect. And the app makes you log in every single time switch screens. Yeah, bad app.

It’s a lot of fun to fly. I still can’t figure out how to get the camera to work though. That part is pretty frustrating. My only reason for not leaving 5 stars. The camera part is very difficult for me. Also, make sure to install the propeller guards so you don’t smoke all 8 blades right out of the box like me 🤦‍♂️ hoping I can find replacement blades that’ll work on here. Haven’t found any with the same brand name. I’ve tried every fix I could find online and the drone simply will not connect to my galaxy s22. That’s a real bummer… the app is virtually unusable, as most of the buttons are unresponsive.
