Surprisingly good for the price
I wasn’t expecting much for this price, but this little watch has impressed me. The screen is bright and easy to read even outdoors, and the battery lasts longer than I thought. It tracks my steps, heart rate, sleep, and even shows my messages without any delay.The app was simple to set up, and the watch connects instantly every time. I mainly use it to check my heart rate and steps during the day, and it’s been very accurate compared to my phone. The band is comfortable and lightweight, so I forget I’m wearing it.If you just want something reliable to monitor your daily activity without spending a lot, this one is definitely worth it. I’m happy with it so far.

I was impressed with the quality of the watch. It’s the same as shown in the photo. It is easy to turn on and put all the necessary adjustments. It takes your pressure, oxygenation, among other activities. You can connect it with your cell phone and so you carry the history on your phone 24 hours. You can put a photo of your preference to take it to another style. Best of all, it’s water-proof. I arrived super fast. It has a long-lasting battery. It is important to download the application to have the complete history.

Don’t trust the BP reading
I bought this because of all the good reviews and was looking forward to measuring my blood pressure. I wore both this and my fitbit for 24 hours. Heart rate was consistent between both devices but the fitness tracker was off by 1000 steps from the fitbit. The blood pressure reading was 10+ points higher than my blood pressure cuff so I don’t trust that. I also rowed for 20 minutes at a 23 stroke rate and the fitness tracker told me I only burned 10 calories.On the positive side it was easy to set up and is nice looking. If all you want to do is measure heart rate, date and time then I think it is a great little watch.
