Had to verify it was not new, perfect condition
This arrived totally beautiful, does not look as it had ever been used, I had to look at my order to verify it was reconditioned, very fast, battery life is decent, everything works as it should, it came with stylus.I love this laptop other than I wish I would have done more research into Chromebooks, not a fan, old school always used windows , this is a shock to my system, even though I have android tablets and phones, I should be comfortable with this but I am not, it said buisnesses and education, I can see where it would be great for education, not as much for business (just my opinion) . It does not offer many things that through the years you become a custom to with a laptop. Time will tell if it can offer what I expected to use it for.

Great quality for a low price!
Amazing product! Great design and works for exactly what I need it for. Battery life lasts for 2 days without need to charge with continuous use. The size is slender and not too bulky, but nice sized screen for being able to see. Love the ability to use the keyboard or the screen as its touchscreen. And the price was very well worth it. Not too much money for a great laptop! Highly recommend

A Lot heavier than expected
No disk drive, tablet permanently attached, honestly not thrilled but it works well enough. Probably won’t purchase it or recommend it. There are PLENTY of similar items on Amazon that I would prefer to have purchased. Good Chromebook for the price, but it was purchased for someone who is totally and permanently disabled. Needed a removable tablet and to weigh about 2 pounds less…. And no disc drive. Probably great for unencumbered people, not great for the disabled…..

Best chromebook I’ve had
I needed a new work computer and something my kids could do school projects on. This has been the perfect chromebook for us! I love the slime design so I can take it on the go. The tablet function is great for when we are doing homework on the couch. The screen is clear snd crisp. The battery last I would definitely by another one.

Great laptop for the price! Very easy to use and works fast and smoothly.
I got this Chromebook for my son’s first laptop, and so far, it has been great! We usually keep it plugged in, but recently my son brought it to a sleepover and it lasted around four hours on about 90 percent without being plugged in. It’s the perfect size, not too large or small. The touch screen is very responsive, and is great in tablet mode. It runs very smoothly, and very sparingly runs slowly. The build quality is great, and the material for the shell itself is very nice and feels like a very quality material. It’s easy to navigate, is very sleek, and the build is very nice. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a quality laptop for a good price. Hope someone Finds this helpful!

Worst purchase ever
Now that they have included AI on everything with my not choosing to use it, prevents me from editing printing creating PDFs signing everything you should be able to do prior to AI it just pops up everywhere. Not to mention most of my files from my Google Drive my documents none of them transferred over none about to return wish I could return a printer with it
