Great quality and design
Looks nice and good quality. Just be sure to follow the instructions carefully when installing. Hubby missed an important note on one of the diagrams which led to him uninstalling and reinstalling. That step? Have deadbolt in unlocked position when installing!

Kwikset SmartCode Keyless Entry Lock
I love this keyless lock. It works perfectly for my airbnb guests so they can check themselves in. Each person has their own code then I can delete it when they leave. I can also set the amount of time before it will lock itself. I have other similar Kwikset locks and would buy again.

Smooth operation& Easy Install
This was a very easy install because i was replacing an old unit. Directions for programming were easy to follow. Lock is very smooth and has a quality solid feel. The Smart Key feature is great, allowed me to match new lock key with similar unit on another door. All locks now use the same key. Installed and programmed in about 30 minutes.

Finnicky and maybe flimsy
It’s not great, perhaps I expected too much but it fails to close itself unless my door is closed tightly – so if you just pull the door without slamming it it just doesn’t lock and beeps incessantly – I will have to disable the auto lock feature in the future.On the plus side, no one can hack via wireless or the Internet, but since it comes with a key someone could still pick it – either way, it’s an big improvement in convenience because you don’t need a.keu for everyday use.Recommended only if you have a perfectly fitting door/frame for the auto lock feature or just disable it altogether and use it as a simple touchpad lock.

Works as advertised. I like the autolock function but i would have liked that the autolock is immediate rather than after 30 seconds (lowest setting). Overall though, I liked this product.
