Very disappointed function and lifespan
Bought this in Jan 2025, and it died only 9 months later. Like others, I found the cord very annoying, the weight of the cord would move the camera around, and the attachment point where the camera base attaches to the clip which in turn attaches to a monitor screen was constantly loosening up leading to camera motion. I found the overall design very poor and will not be buying this item again. I had no complaints about image quality but functionality and lifespan were poor. I can NOT recommend.

almost perfect, intermitted static but not all the time.
works well on my teams.however, it goes bonkers with static and needs to be unplugged and re-plugged.drivers up to date, and tried a different computer.not sure why it happens. I notice when computer left on it is less likely to happen.overall great product.

Easy to Use
I am not computer savvy and am suspicious of new equipment. To my amazement, this really is a “plug and play” device. And it works very well – video and sound quality are excellent, superior to anyone else on my video calls. I definitely recommend it, even to Luddites such as myself.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
My office has large windows that let in way too much light, and they are positioned behind me. Most Webcam can’t balance the light well enough and I end up looking terrible. This one is amazing – you’d never know that I had a lighting issue at all!

Excellent product when coupled with the login app. Can change focus from auto to manual, control light and color, width of view, etc. Very clear picture. Plus it has a privacy screen.

Great quality picture/video. The automatic zoom works great! The color quality and clearness in the video during meetings is amazing! I teach from home and have live classes and this is the best camera I have used!

Great product straight out of the box. I was unsure as to whether or not it would be compatible with my work laptop since they won’t allow downloading 3rd party software, but even without it, this webcam performed well for my Teams call. I decided to not download the software for my gaming laptop at home either since it’s already great on its own, though I might play with it at a later time.Fantastic at adjusting for low lights when working from home. I’ve been a long time user of Logitech products since I was in high school; was very happy to add this to my collection in addition to my Logitech G products. Would highly recommend.
