Real reviewThis projector surpassed my expectations and I’m super happy with my purchase. I use it in my bedroom as a second tv. I could see someone using it in the living as a main tv but since all projectors have a tougher time during the day a TV is always going to be the best optionThe brightness is really good at night and works pretty well in the morning even with the blinds open. I never felt like I was disappointed with the brightness. Overall 8.6/10 on brightnessIt’s super loud for some stuff and almost inaudible for others. I normally keep it at a 40 but sometimes will have to bump it to 100. Overall sound 7.9/10Picture quality is good at 1080p. The color is surprisingly pretty vibrant. It has some issues in darker scenes. The blacks cast large shadows so it’s hard to see details in those darker scenes. Overall 8.4/10 on picture qualityIt is a little loud when it’s running but it doesn’t effect the overall quality of watchingI have it above my bed, 12 feet from the wall. It projects 80” w x 50” hAlso being able to connect my AirPods is cool although I just do it through my first stick most of the timeI’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable projector. Does a way better job than I could’ve expected

Amazing!
Very simple to set up and use regularly with amazing and clear quality, the sound is not the best but it is tolerable I definitely recommend using a soundbar or speaker, I have had no trouble connecting it though bluetooth. I thought about getting a screen for it but ended up not getting one and I do not regret it as they can get pretty expensive if you want a big one and the quality is still amazing! Very excited to try it outside for family movie nights!

The picture quality is great when you get it focused. There are two different things to use to focus you will need to use both of them to get the picture to focus. Before I had it on a shelf I did have it sitting on my head board I noticed that with movement something from kids moving on and off the bed, or even if you feel asleep watching a movie and moved to much sometimes it would be out of focus the next time I would use it. I don’t have that issue now that it is on a shelf.Connecting it to my wifi was easy, same with setting it up to a laptop or my phone. The only thing I couldn’t seem to get it to connect to was a splitter to be able to charge my phone though the projector and be able to use it to stream at the same time without having to mirror my phone but connect directly into my phone .You can hear the fan a little bit with projector but that is expected with most everything when it comes to it. I just make sure there is enough air flow around it on all sides and nothing is blocking it so that it is cool. The speaker on the projector is okay. Mainly why I took one star off but it does have the ability to blue tooth. So when I want to watch an action movie or something that I want the sound to be basically movie theater loud almost I will either hook into my wireless speaker, or head phones if am watching it late at night.I like the fact you can change the contrast and the density with the colors. This allows you to customize what you are using it for. I mainly use it for movies an shows so I keep it on the theater setting gives me the best viewing for that. You also can adjust the zoom for the size of screen you want it to project to which you can see it adjusting while doing so its not a guessing game on the size you are picking. It allows you to fit it to what you are projecting on. You also can pick what type of screen you are projecting such at full, wide, 16:1 etc.I did hook a roku into it. That wasn’t hard to do. The only thing that I had to figure out was when it asked you to pick what brand you were using to control the power and volume. I had to google that. I think I just randomly selected tell it let me move on from that part but once it did basically did the rest for me with the set up.Over all good projector. Cost is good. The speaker could be better. Knowing what to pick for roku or streaming sticks would be nice.

WOW Very Impressed
Considering the price this is very impressive. Pros of the HAPPRUN 9500L:It’s bright, in a good way. I am projecting on a white ceiling above my bed. Why sit on the couch when you can lie back and watch a movie? The colors are bright and clear. I have the settings picture mode MILD, color temperature MEDIUM, and noise reduction OFF.Even with a table lamp on it’s still plenty bright but it’s better to turn off all lights to cut down on other light reflectionThe remote works well but you’ll need two AAA batteries as they don’t come with itThe unit is compact, very sturdy well-builtWatching movies was as good as my laptop but way bigger on the ceiling. I would say comparable to lower-end big TVIt does have some fan noise but extremely reasonable if you’re not sitting on top of itYou get a lot more bang for your buck than your expected.Marketing versus reality: (issues with all manufacturers)Pretty much all the video projectors quote ridiculously high numbers as to their lumens or brightness. Read the reviews they’re much more realistic than the manufacturer’s descriptionsShowing people with their smartphone mirroring content… The reality is you cannot mirror Netflix or apple TV etc to projectors. They don’t want you to become the neighborhood movie theater.I use my laptop and a long HDMI cable and I can watch anything I wantSupport 4K- notice it doesn’t say projects 4K because it doesn’t. That would cost you a couple of thousand dollars. even saying it projects 1920*1080 might be pushing it… Since the reviews I watched showed the HAPPRUN had better resolution than many of the competitors I agreeTHE CONS:If you’re looking at text, from a website you will notice out-of-focus areas and it’s somewhat difficult with the focus wheel to get that dialed in exactly. It’s not an issue when you are watching a movie but around the edges can be out of focus no matter how much you fiddle.±15° Keystone Correction… Keystone or deskewing allows you to adjust angles when viewing on a screen that may be higher than the actual projector or in my case on the ceiling. The Keystone on the HAPPRUN is very limited. And I must say my older projector had better Keystone. The top screen goes off your projector area when the bottom fits in with room to spare. key adjust that somewhat. Keep in mind it’s under a $100Color Black – the colors are very Vivid but the blacks tend to take on darkness all to their own. This creates a really Vivid contrast but as an example, if a newscaster is wearing a black shirt with black buttons the buttons pretty much disappear. This oversaturation of black might be corrected by changing the contrast but I got used to it pretty quicklyI’d first studied some reviews on YouTube and came across HAPPRUN which beat out 12 other video projectors… got third place for great projectors under $100. I had an Auking video projector for 4 years and used it every night but was not bright like the HAPPRUN

I never leave reviews, but this projector is the best thing I’ve ever bought! The quality for this budget is unreal—I can’t imagine watching movies on my laptop again. If you’re thinking of getting a projector at this price, just go for it. You won’t regret it!

Superou minhas expectativas, amei. Mesmo em um ambiente claro a imagem é super nítida, Som alto tbm, muito prático. A tela que vem junto é bem grande e o tecido eh incrível. Apenas uma obs. como o manual está em inglês, o Bluetooth não é compatível com celular, apenas com caixas de som.

I’ve tried a few of these cheaper LED projectors and ended up settling on this one and had it for awhile not with no issues.The bottom line is the projector is absolutely fantastic for the price. Definitely worth spending the few extra dollars for the native 1080p over the 720p. Recommend a firestick or the likes as it pretty much makes for a full featured entertainment system.The Bluetooth feature is something you really don’t know you need until you have audio cables dangling everywhere.I project mine directly on to the wall and the contrast and picture quality is great. The included screen is a nice bonus.Just remember keystone correction is physical so you will lose corner sharpnesss unless mounted straight. The focus does creep a little bit over time but it’s hardly an issue and an easy fix with a little foam wedge or the likes.Recommended buy!
