So far, so good!
I initially bought a defective vacuum (the wifi would not connect), but after contacting Amazon and receiving a replacement the next day, it worked. So far so good, the dirt collection capability works great. I usually do pre-run cleaning, so I pick up obstacles and vacuum corners or spots that the vacuum can’t get into. This helps it get a nearly 100% job on the vacuum. As far as the mop, it only seems to get wet in the middle of the mop head, so I would frequently pause it, re-wet the mop head, and continue. With this method, the results are pretty close to perfect. You can also set the mopping in the direction of your tiles, which is great. And it’s very easy to set up – there are 3 pieces total. This is a time saver. I’m so glad I got it.

Good option for the price
It’s better than the Deebot we used to have. The various options are nice – vac/vac mop/mop, suction, water use, how thorough it cleans, being able to select only certain rooms to clean. And my hair gets caught up in the roller a lot less than the Deebot. But it could be smarter – it will focus on one area and go over it multiple times, it will take a round-about way to get somewhere, and sometimes it can’t find its way back to the charging station. But for the price point, it’s worth it.

Don’t. Buggy.
This is my third robot vacuum. I had an S8 from Roborock for one year before that, and a eufy base model before that. The S8 really was helpful to our lives, but it required my attention twice a day to empty the bin. I only wanted to upgrade to self-emptying, I still wanted basically the same rugged robot to vacuum my floors. I only use the vacuum function–I don’t have my robot do any mopping.I have had the Q10 S5+ for exactly 2 months now and it is completely useless. It returns an error (main wheels jammed) less than one minute from starting. The wheels are not jammed. They move manually just fine. Still, I fully cleaned them and the wheel wells, and removed the central wheel (like a marble in a rotating cam housing) and fully cleaned and re-installed it. I have scoured reddit and the online support website for a fix.The robot never has worked right. It initially tried to map and clean my house and would error out when it had to climb up on any of the smallish area rugs on the hardwood. (Some are pretty thin, a few are more thick, like they have a rug pad under tufted wood, none are like shag or anything like that.). The robot would get stuck and send and error. Then iwhen restarted it would go right back to the exact same place it got stuck and get stuck again. (This model, unlike my original S8, is supposed to be intelligent about obstacles–which I thought meant it would avoid them after 2 or 3 times. But no.)The error with the wheels got worse and worse until now the vacuum will not even leave the dock and turn itself around before I get the wheels jammed error. Again, the wheels do not seem at all jammed when I turn over the robot–I can roll them both directions and push on them, and I have fully cleaned both locomotion wheels and the small rolley marble wheel at the front of all debris and hair.I paid $429 for this robot and is has never ever been able to fully vacuum my house (only 1000sqft of mostly hardwood).I was so delighted when I got it that it self-emptied the vacuum. Even that is only a 50/50 thing with the vacuum–it certainly tries to such out the dust bin but conditions have to be pretty perfect for it to be successful. If the dust bin is full or the tiny thin plastic hinged flapper inside the dustbin intake is even a little bent, the robot goes through a self-empty cycle but does not empty, does not tell you it is still full of lint and dirt, and tries to set out again.I feel like such a fool thinking that the bigger investment would be better at vacuuming my house daily while I’m at work than what I had before .As of now I have left my phone number for a support call with the brand through the Amazon page and have not received any call (going on hours now).I updated firmware (made it worse). I factory reset. I updated the app. I cleaned every sensor on the robot. I still get “wheels jammed” error, whether the robot is sitting on clear hardwood, on thin rugs, on thicker rugs, anywhere. When both wheels are perfectly level. When I have just manually moved the robot back and forth like a pencil eraser (wheels move fine). When I remove the mop altogether.This has to be bug or a malfunction and the vender has nothing to offer.

Y lo único que debes hacer es mantenerla limpia.El cepillo, a pesar de que tengo perros en mi departamento, y piso de madera, casi nunca se queda con pelos enredados. Y si si, súper fácil de limpiar.Lo único “malo” porque la verdad, tenía esperado que sucediera, es que tengo unas alfombritas alrededor del departamento para limpiar los zapatos, y unas de ellas si le pasa por encima y las limpia, otras las empuja ya que el piso es muy liso y la alfombra muy pequeña, pero nada de que preocuparse, una sacudida de vez en cuando antes de acostarte, y dejas que la aspiradora haga lo demás. Eso si, trata de dejar las superficies libres de cables eléctricos sueltos, ya que se puede enredar un poco, haciendo de su trabajo más difícil.

Le robot est bien programmé et efficace. Seul petit hic est quand il tourne un coin à 90 deg, il y a une petite partie qui est oubliée par la brosse latérale, un mise à jour du logiciel pourrais facilement corriger la situation. Sinon, très bon produit.
