Excellent CPU cooler for the price.
Using this on a Ryzen 9 cpu and inside a medium form factor case. It’s been working great as expected. The price to performance of this cpu cooler is pretty much unmatched. Excellent if your cpu doesn’t get ridiculously hot which at that point you probably have a hedt cpu then this isn’t enough. The fins might come a little bent but you can always bend it back straight. It’s fairly easy to mount too and comes with thermal paste that work surprisingly well. My cpu temps are around 45C when idling and light use to around 50-55C when gaming. Doing stress tests and benchmarks like OCCT and Cinebench my cpu sits around mid 60s C.

One of the best air coolers out there
There is almost no need to buy any other air cooler for a modern gaming PC. Almost. Unless you have tall RGB memory you want to see or not enough room in case to raise the front fan. For a flush fit you need something 32mm like Corsair LPX or G.Skill Flare X5 for a flush fit.Anyways this either outperforms any other air cooler costing 3 times as much or it’s neck and neck with dual 140mm towers i.e Noctua NH-D15. Installation is simple and straightforward.

CPU temps went from 84C to 63C.
My Ryzen 5 5600 Max Temp in Benchmark went from around 84C with AMD stock cooler to 63C with the Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120SE. I guess I can’t complain, as this cooler shaved off about 20 degrees of heat on my CPU which is great. Still looking for a cooler for my 5950x though, as I’m not sure if this would have the cooling power for that with my current case/airflow. Nevertheless, 84C down to 63C on my 5600. Temps improved 21 degrees.

Amazing!
Amazing! I used this to replace my 6 year old Corsair AIO that was failing and it out performs it! Not sudden spikes in temp and keeps my old 8700K very cool. I should have been using this all along.

Most cost efficient air cooler
Works amazing, I had an i7 11700f I believe and I was running a discreet one fan cooler and I was crashing multiple times a night while gaming, put this on there and haven’t crashed in weeks, totally would recommend for the price, it is quite large however so be prepared for ram clearance and the like

Thermalright has done great work on this CPU cooler. Affordable and it works great. Easy to mount and even gives you thermal paste in the box if you don’t have your own.

Fine but empty thermal paste tube
It appears sturdy and capable of performing the task. Giving it 4 stars because the included thermal paste was useless. It was an empty tube. Not sure if the contents vaporized during transit. Make sure to have your own thermal paste as a backup.

Thermalright knocks it out of the park again!
For the 35$ or so that I paid for this cooler, it’s a pretty excellent offering. It’s capable of handling CPUs with a massive power draw, easy to install, and looks decent enough with the fin array looking clean. Additionally, the fans aren’t excessively loud, although they can occasionally rattle at very very low RPMs, however this does vary. This cooler easily conquers the temps of my AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, even with a significant overclock. If you have a smaller case, you may run into problems with size, especially vertically. Motherboard clearance isn’t an issue, but if you have a narrow case you may find yourself running into problems. The fans are a good size, being the standard 120x25mm. This means that if you ever encounter a failure, you can easily purchase a replacement.
