Possibly the Best Entry Level Racing SIM Wheel
I bought this wheel for my teenage son who recently show great interest in driving game. I don’t want to spend big, just a proper steering wheel to replace game controller to see how he could progress. The product arrives on time, thanks to Amazon, and building quality is absolutely top class. My son loves it and play it everyday. The set up is straightforward easy and handle is smooth and great, most important, it is wireless which is very rare to get at this price level. Yes, no way it can not compare with those 500+ big bucks gears with metal pedals, strong force feedback, fancy screen etc, but for a beginner racer, this is PERFECT!!!

Terrible customer service from Turtle Beach and Amazon. 2 defective units in a week. No support. Turtle beach only does email tech support so there’s a 24 hour delay between messages (outsourcing to India) and they were absolutely no help.

Great wheel very small issues
Works perfectly on NASCAR 25 but does have a very high dead zone when using it in controller mode on GTA, would be great to see and update for dead zone on controller mode

Wireless Wheel is pretty good as long as you’re close enough for a cord.
It is responsive and handles pretty good. It meets my needs, as long as I am around 10 feet from my console. As with another controller of mine that is Turtle Beach, it feels good, but has connectivity issues. I guess it’s a design flaw that can’t or won’t be fixed.

Makes you feel like you’re a driver of a real Nascar stock car. Gets you hyped up.
My husband loves this. Thinks its fun and says it makes you feel like you’re in a real live Nascar stock car. He ended up purchasing a chair made for race video games like this so it has even more of the right feel even though you don’t have to have that to use this wheel/pedal combo. I thought the set up was only for F1 which would have fine but he prefers the Nascar so thats the Xbox racing set up he bought first. He thinks it’s awesome and had never even tried a racing game before until now although he’s driven an actual race car at both Charlotte Motor Speedway and Daytona. His buddy on a different coast and he will talk and both get on their games at the same time and race and they have a good time razzing each other and competing. He likes the pedals and says they are sensitive but you get used to them – just like driving a different car. The wheel is sensitive too. He’s adapted pretty quickly and even shown our friends 14 year old how to operate them and they’re both hooked now. Everything connected well and without hitch. It must be durable because they are competitive, bull-in-china-shop guys and not easy on equipment. We’ve only had it for months now but its great fun.

Poor quality, wheel and hub are off centered, stay away from this product. Exchange wasn’t an option as well made it more difficult to deal with return.
