Love these
I was happy to find these with the latest Prime Days! I just moved into a new place and I hated the cheap locks. I installed it myself with little issue. I played a tutorial from YT to install. I have an issue with the auto lock because it’s brand new weather stripping so I have to pull it slightly closed and it works great. I’m hoping maybe this will flatten with time. It’s about to be winter so I’d rather pull it shut a bit for now. App is easy to navigate.

Highly recommend, great lock for the price and excellent customer service!
Installed the lock twice, the dead bolt was still acting crazy, going in and out over and over. I tried the reset button and all sorts of other things before I decided to call customer service. Nicole at Veise was extremely helpful, she sent some tips to try, but when all else failed she sent me another key pad. The new device came within 2 days, installed it yesterday and it works perfectly! 5 stars for customer service! Key pad is great, you can program your fingerprint, and add multiple users via the app. The only thing I would change with the app is the ability to be notified when someone uses their code, at this point the app maintains an activity list but it does not send a push notification when someone uses their code.

Great product for the price!
Easy to install. The thumbprint took a bit to complete and we are only able to use it for 1 person. But still overall a great product, I would purchase again as I love have the key card to use to enter!

I REGRET THIS PURCHASE!!
What I thought was the perfect solution for security @ home quickly became a worse problem. Within a couple of days this “smart lock” would indicate that the door was locked when it was not locked. Standing next to it when the lock was controlled via WiFi. It sounds like it is locking & unlocking. The security of my home & family is seriously compromised. The uncertainty of this product is cancels out any security it potentially offered.
