Such a great buy!!!!!
I’m really glad that I purchased this! It’s so easy to use. It’s really neat how you can also download the app and unlock your door straight from your app! The best part is that it’s really affordable and it looks so fancy! The only thing that I don’t know how to do is lock the door from my phone, but other than that, it’s really nice and it comes two key fobs! It took my husband 30 minutes to install it. It was so fast! I highly recommend it.

Beautiful lockset.
The instructions are clear, complete and correct. The diagrams are accurate and easy to follow. The lockset is heavy duty and very well made. And it looks great. It took about an hour to install everything. I am very pleased.

First, installation is NOT EASY but once we got it, we have been happy so far. It looks nice and has been nice to use your fob coming and going. And if you don’t have your keys, you can just enter your code!

Great smart lock and customer service
This was a replacement for an old style lock. Reviewing the measurements on the website and comparing it to my door, it was a perfect match and an easy installation. I still had a small problem, understanding whether it was a left or right door. I called customer service, and Isabella was very helpful in clarifying that and helped me update the master code for the lock since the install process changes the administrative code to a random number. Downloading the phone app and pairing it to the lock was was simple. She was so professional and easy to understand. Her customer service was excellent.
